Anatomy of the studio01 / 05

Every layer supports the next.

Strategy, interface, software, and operations should not feel like separate pieces. We shape the full structure so the experience stays coherent from surface to core.

01

DIGITAL EXPERIENCES

Websites that don't look like templates.

02

BUSINESS SOFTWARE

Software built around your business.

03

AUTOMATION

Stop paying people to do what software can do automatically.

Operating layer03 / 05

From interface to infrastructure

Less friction. More motion.

We map the handoffs, repeated work, and disconnected tools underneath the visible experience, then rebuild them into one clear operating layer.

Build my project brief

End of sequence / start of something new

Form follows ambition.

Digital contracting / built around outcomes

A website should earn its place in your business.

"The goal is not to put more pages online. It is to make the right people understand your value, trust the work, and know what to do next."
01

Company websites

Positioning, copy structure, responsive design, development, analytics, and a launch plan shaped around the next action you want customers to take.

  • Service and lead-generation sites
  • Redesigns and migrations
  • Content systems your team can edit
02

Commerce and booking

Digital storefronts and scheduling experiences that feel considered on the surface and stay manageable behind the scenes.

  • Product and service commerce
  • Payments and subscriptions
  • Booking, intake, and follow-up flows
03

Portals and software

Purpose-built interfaces for the work generic tools cannot quite support, from customer portals to internal operating systems.

  • Dashboards and client portals
  • Workflow automation
  • Custom tools and integrations

A clear engagement

No black box process.

Each phase ends with something concrete to review, approve, and build from. Scope changes are documented before they become surprise invoices.

  1. 01

    Discover

Clarify the business, audience, constraints, and the decision the website needs to move.

  2. 02

    Structure

Map the pages, content, user paths, technical system, and a written project scope.

  3. 03

    Design + build

Develop the visual direction and working product together, with clear review milestones.

  4. 04

    Launch + support

Test, deploy, document, and stay available for maintenance or the next iteration.

Project terms / before we begin

Clear terms protect the work.

50% to reserve the projectA signed scope and 50% commencement deposit are required before production time is placed on the calendar. The remaining balance follows the written milestone schedule.

Timelines depend on both sidesDelivery windows are estimates and begin after required content, access, and deposit are received. Delayed feedback, added scope, or missing assets can move the launch date.

Project configurator / 5 short steps

Shape the right level of build.

Give us enough context to start intelligently. Your selections create a planning range, not an automated fixed bid. A final quote follows discovery and a written scope.

Step 01 / Foundation

What are we building?

Choose the closest starting point. The written scope can combine categories later.

Before the first call

Useful answers up front.

Good contracting starts with fewer assumptions. The written project agreement is always the final source of truth.

01Is the planning range a final quote?

No. It is a useful starting range based on the selections you make. A final quote comes after discovery confirms page count, content responsibility, integrations, technical risk, revision structure, and launch requirements.

02What does the 50% deposit cover?

The commencement deposit reserves production capacity and starts discovery, structure, and design work under the signed project agreement. Remaining payments are tied to the milestones written into that agreement.

03Who owns the finished website?

Project-specific ownership, licenses, credentials, and third-party services are documented before work starts. After final payment, the agreed client-owned deliverables are transferred with a practical handoff.

04Can Phaseform maintain the site after launch?

Yes. Ongoing care can include updates, monitoring, analytics review, landing pages, content support, and continued product improvements. It can also be handed off cleanly if you prefer to manage it internally.

05What can change a timeline?

Late content, delayed approvals, scope additions, third-party access, integration surprises, and stakeholder changes can all move delivery. Those impacts are surfaced in writing instead of being hidden until the end.
